Return Policy

Contact sales@luckysdiscountpaint.com to initiate an item return

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving product

We inspect all returned items. The product must be in unused condition.

We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as a change of mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, ordered the wrong color. 

Once return is approved, item(s) must be shipped back to us within 15 days of return approval.
